You won’t go hungry, the quantities at La Falconera de Ross are generous, the worst thing is that it’s so good that you’ll be pushed to finish it all.

The xef Gregory Abella, as part of the 2nd Gastronomic Day of the Roses Market, delighted the staff with a vegetable paella.
