Here I’m going to get involved, I’m going to leave aside price, I want to show you what for me is the best paella you can eat in Sitges.
Without a doubt you won’t go wrong with El Vivero, it’s right on the seafront, the service is excellent and the paella is brutal.
Although the rice I like the most is the fisherman’s rice, which is brothy.
Even though it is a large restaurant with a terrace, if you plan to go book in advance, because it fills up very quickly.
The produce is fresh, they have so much rotation and movement that they couldn’t possibly have anything frozen. The desserts are also very good.
Sitges is a traditional fishing village and in many of its restaurants you will find what is called a rice menu. This consists of a pica pica and then a rice dish. If you walk along the Paseo de la Ribera you’ll see it.
But the truth is that although it’s a very good option, there are paella restaurants that look tasteless but are very tasty, you’re not going to eat the most exquisite paella in Sitges. That’s why I’m going to give you a list of the best paella restaurants in Sitges.
